Google Forms supports teachers in creating multiple-choice tests and sending them to students, then scoring them automatically. Students just need to access the test link given by the teacher and take it directly on the computer. Currently, creating online tests is applied by many schools on many online tools, such as creating tests on Microsoft Teams, or creating tests on Microsoft Forms. Instructions for creating a quiz on Google Forms
Step 1: You access Google Forms at address forms.google.com and log in to your Google account.
Step 2: Click + to create a new form.
Step 3: In Question section teachers Enter the general title for the test.
Step 4: Collect student information
Look down and click Question has no title and look next to choose the question type Short answer.
Teachers Enter the Full name field Have students fill in their names on the test. Below is the need activate the Require button so that students must answer before they can submit their work.
Teachers can add other fields to the student information entry section, such as student code… if needed.
Step 5: Create multiple choice questions
Click on the icon More part to add a question section, separate from the information section above.
Afterward Enter a general title for the question sectionthen press plus icon in the tool column on the right side to add questions.
Step 6:
Select Question type is Multiple ChoiceLater Enter question contentthe choice plan. Teachers can insert additional images into questions if needed. Then also Enable the Required option.
Next, the teacher looks up at the top of the interface and clicks cog icon.
Display the interface, click on the item Test then enable the mode Set up a test then press Save okay.
Now the question section will appear Answers section Let the teacher enter the correct answer. Tick and select answer Already Enter the score for 1 correct answer. Press Finished to save.
Step 7:
Continue pressing the plus sign to add more questions to the test. Note that you must always activate the button Obligatory so that students must answer all questions to submit the assignment.
Step 8:
If students are only allowed to complete the test once, when they have entered all the question content, click next cog icon. In General Settings section > Limited to 1 replythis requirement will force respondents to log in to their Google account to submit the article. If not needed, skip this step.
Click Presentation can be selected Shuffle the order of questions so that the questions change for each student's test. Note If you choose Shuffle, the order of the questions is not allowed, you only need to write the question content.
Step 9:
Teachers click on it Send button then click link icon and Copy the quiz URL to send to students. Teachers can send the test link via the class Zalo group for more convenience.
When students receive the test link, they choose the answer and then submit it to the teacher. When you finish answering, the score for the test will be displayed immediately.
Instructions for viewing answers on Google Forms
Step 1:
To see the number of students responding, teachers click on the created test in the Google Forms interface. At this time Answers section will display the number of submitted tests.
Step 2:
First you click Question section to see Summarize the number of correct answers for each question.
To grading for students If you want, click Personal section Then enter scores for each student. In each sentence there will be more individual feedback section if the teacher wants to enter comments. Press Save to save points
Next click Arrow icon to switch to another student and scoring.
Step 3:
Back back back Summary Table section and teachers will see a chart analyzing students' scores. Below will be an assessment of which questions are often answered incorrectly, and the percentage of correct answers.
