If you use Google Drive and frequently share files with others, you should check the files you've shared. All people who are granted access to the file, or the number and accounts accessing the Drive file, are displayed on the interface. This way, you can easily find out unauthorized access to files and remove access. Below are instructions for checking who accesses Google Drive files
Instructions to see who accesses Google Drive files
Step 1:
First you need to access Google Drive and then click on the file you want to check. Next, you press Right-click the file and select Share in the displayed list.
Step 2:
Now display options for file sharing mode on Google Drive, click on it Share to perform.
Step 3:
You will see the results Who is accessing the Google Drive file? via their email address and what their access rights are, including viewing, editing or commenting on this file.
Step 4:
To no longer share this Google Drive file with others, you will click on their current permissions and then select Remove access rights to do so. Click Save to save changes to this file.
