Step 1:
First we create a table in Word as usual and then enter the content for the table.
Step 2:
Then black out the entire table content Right-click and select Table Properties in the displayed list.

Display the table adjustment interface, click Options button to add more settings to the table.
Step 4:
This time displays the new interface. You look down Set Default Cell Spacing Already Check Allow Spacing Between Cells Already fill size that we want to create space between cells in the Word table.
Finally click OK to save this new setting.
