Share your calendar in Outlook so everyone knows and captures important work information and events. Currently, there are two different versions of Outlook on computers, including Microsoft 365 or Office 2024. With each version, the process of sharing calendars in Outlook will be quite different. Here are instructions for sharing your calendar in Outlook.
Instructions for sharing Outlook 365 calendars
Step 1:
At the Outlook interface, click bCalendar icon on the toolbar left. Next, click Share Calendar > Calendar.
Step 2:
In the new interface, users Click on the Permissions tab Already Click Add below to Add visitor list to calendar.
Step 3:
Show the interface to you Choose who accesses the calendar Share on Outlook. After adding we can Choose permission to edit calendar of the contact, for example view only, authorize, view details or edit. Finally click OK to save.
To stop sharing, click on the person and then select Remove to proceed.
How to share calendars in Outlook Windows
Step 1:
First you also need to click on the calendar icon in the Outlook interface, then we click Share icon as shown to share.
Step 2:
Enter and Select the user with whom you want to share the calendar yours. Then we also select edit permission for the selected object.
