Step 1:
Press the Windows + I key combination to access Settings, then press Bluetooth & Devices in the list on the left of the interface. Now you choose Printers & Scanners section to adjust the printer connected to the computer.
Users scroll down to Printer Preferences, Press Set Up in Windows Protected Print Mode.
Step 2:
The computer now displays a confirmation message that you want to enable protected printing mode. If your printer or other devices are not compatible, you will receive a warning. If you agree, click Yes, Continue or Cancel to stop.
Thus, printing operations on Windows are somewhat protected.
Step 3:
In case the user wants to turn off this mode, just press Turn Off to stop.
