1. Tools for editing documents

2. Set the initial format for the text
We open an editing tool on the computer, such as Microsoft Word. When the Office suite is installed on the computer, the toolkit icon is displayed on the Desktop.

If you use Windows XP or Windows 7 to open Word, click Start > All Programs > Microsoft Office > Microsoft Word.

Step 1:
Open the Word interface and set up some content when typing text. First the user needs Convert the current unit of measurement of the text from inches to centimeters or millimeters.

Step 2:
Next we adjust the text margins. Press Page Layout then select Page Setup to open the text margin alignment interface.

3. Instructions for formatting and typing text
Step 1:
Click on Home then select the font and font style for the text. The font used is Times new Roman, font size 13 or 14 cm.

Step 2:

Step 3:
When you have finished entering content into Word, click Office icon select Save.
