VNeTraffic is an application developed by the Ministry of Public Security to help citizens communicate with traffic police, serving to notify, look up and handle traffic violations in the electronic environment. Users can track their complaint status, view complaint and violation history, look up auction license plates, search for cold fines, and submit comments. Below are instructions for installing the VNeTraffic application.
How to use VNeTraffic to look up fines and reflect traffic
Step 1:
First, users click on the link below to install the VNeTraffic application on the phone.
After downloading, proceed Register an account. Currently, VNeTraffic has not updated login via VNeID account, so we will register via QR code on CCCD.
You do Scan the QR code on CCCD to confirm information and receive verification code from the incoming application.
Step 2:
Accessing the application interface, you will see items including Create feedback, List of sent feedback, Violation lookup, Auction license plate, Traffic violation history…
If you want Look up cold penaltiesFriend Click on Look up violationsLater Enter license plate number to check with the Traffic Police Department.
Step 3:
To Submit traffic reports to the applicationyou click on the item Create reflections. Next, select the type of feedback, time, location of the incident, description, provide additional images/videos and then click Send feedback below.
