Hiren's BootCD PE is a set of utilities installed on a bootable USB or DVD that you can use to fix problems related to the existing installation of the Windows operating system. Hiren's BootCD PE is an emergency diagnostic boot disk based on Windows 10 PE x64. After downloading the ISO file, you will need to use Windows Disc Image Burner, built into all versions of Windows, from Windows 7 and above, to copy information from the ISO to USB.

Step 2: Format the USB to FAT32 standard
To ensure the USB works and boots normally, you need to convert the USB format you are using to FAT32 format. Run the USBFormat tool downloaded above, extract and run the file usb_format.exe:

Step 4: Unzip Hiren's BootCD file and copy it to USB
Unzip “Hirens.BootCD.15.2.zip” > into the folder you just extracted > select “Hirens.BootCD.15.2.iso” Unzip it and copy all the files in it to the USB.
Step 5: Copy the file grldr and menu.Ist to the newly created USB boot
Copy two files “grldr” and “menu.lst” and paste it into the USB Hirenboot just created. So 2 files “grldr” and “menu.lst” where did you get that? You can get it from:

After creating a bootable USB, plug the USB into the computer, restart the computer and enter the BIOS.
