Displays the interface that requires you Enter the passcode on VNeID to have access to your personal information.

Immediately after that you will see the social insurance code displayed in the VNeID application interface.
2. Look up the social insurance code from the Vietnam Social Insurance information portal
To look up your social insurance number or look up it for you, do the following:
Step 1: Access the Vietnam Social Insurance Electronic Information Portal
Step 2: Enter information of the person who wants to find the social insurance payment code including name, address, date of birth, ID card and then click Look up.
Step 3: See social insurance code in column Social insurance code. You need to check your personal information to see if it is correct. If you find any errors, notify the insurance department for specific instructions.
3. Look up the social insurance payment process
To look up the social insurance payment process, users can access the link below.
At this interface, you also enter all required information, including the phone number in the labor contract with insurance from the employer. Next confirm the captcha code and click Get OTP code next to.
- Province/City: Based on the address of the unit paying social insurance.
- Managed by the Social Insurance Agency
- From month – to month: Time you want to look up the process of paying social insurance, unemployment insurance, occupational accident and occupational disease insurance.
- CMT/ID card number.
- Full name of person to look up.
- Social insurance code.
- Phone number to receive OTP: Phone number of the employee who has registered personal information with the social insurance agency
Note The OTP code will be valid for 4 minutes from the time the message is received. Once you have the code, fill in the interface Click Look Up.
The returned result is the insurance payment period and the insurance payment level based on salary.
In case you cannot look up, you will receive a notification. At that time, you need to check whether you have entered the correct information or not.
4. Look up social insurance contributions on the VssID application
The newly launched VssID application of Social Insurance (Social Insurance), helps users track the participation process and benefit history of social insurance and health insurance regimes and policies. In addition, you can look up information about social insurance codes, social insurance agencies, health insurance medical examination and treatment facilities and collection points, voluntary social insurance collection agents, household health insurance, 24/7 support services…
We download the VssID application for our phones according to the link below.
Then you open the application and agree to the terms of the application. Next, display the login interface to Vietnam Social Insurance. If you don't have an account yet Click Register now under.
You will then be transferred to the new interface on the browser. At the registration interface, you first choose Individual then click Next below. Then user declare all requested information in the interface, including taking photos of front and back documents.
Next you Enter your email address and personal phone number yours. Below select Social insurance receiving agency then select application form. Finally press Note to complete the VssID account registration process.
Once you have an account, log in your information as usual. After successfully logging in, in the application interface you will have a Personal Management section, Look up social insurance information and a Support section.
5. Look up the social insurance process without an OTP code
Usually, the employer will provide full information of the insured person to the Insurance agency, including phone number. In case you no longer use that phone number without declaring it to the Insurance Agency, or do not have that phone number, you can use another phone number and text to look up.
Message content: International Insurance [mã số BHXH] [từ năm] [đến năm] send to 8079. The returned result is the time to participate in social insurance and unemployment insurance.
