Which CRM solution should you use?
In this article we will consider two ways to use CRM: as a standalone product and as part of an ERP system. We will not discuss the advantages and disadvantages of CRM or the need for its implementation – a lot has already been written about this, and the fact that CRM systems are an integral part of modern customer-oriented companies is obvious. We will try to figure out whether it is convenient to use CRM as a standalone, independent product or not.
CRM as a standalone solution CRM helps to automate sales; a formalized and correctly configured sales funnel prevents the manager from forgetting about the customer – communication becomes timely and high-quality, which, in turn, has a positive effect on the company's image and competitiveness in the market. The benefits and need for implementing a CRM system are obvious, but let's think about it in the context of all company processes, using wholesale trade as an example.
