Step 1:

- The upper margin is from 20 – 25 mm from the upper edge (2 to 2.5cm).

- The right side of the right edge is from 15 – 20 mm (1.5 to 2 cm).
To Set this margin size as standard In Word, click on Set as default Then click OK to save and apply new margins to the current Word document.
Step 4:

How to align in Word 2010, Word 2007 or less

Step 1:
First of all we will Choose A4 paper size. Click Tab Page layout Or layout and look down Page setup group You click on Arrow icon To open the set interface.
Click Paperhere you guys Select Paper size as A4click OK to save.
Step 2:
Next, reopen the page setup dialog box but choose Section Margins And you adjust the values as follows:
- Top: on the margin enter the value of 2cm.
- Bottom: The lower margin entered the value of 2cm.
- LEFT: left margin with 3cm value.
- Right: Must enter a 1.5cm value.
